NB IoT Tracker

In cooperation with Harmonic Automation we develop an IoT Tracker as a Proof of Concept (PoC) for Eskom. This custom system was developed by WRS to detect and track the unauthorised movement of assets using NB IoT technology. Twenty sensors were produced and deployed in an operational environment to successfully demonstrate the concept. Operational requirements included:

Data is only sent to the server if movement is detected and as part of a periodic keep alive reporting signal.
Minimum battery life of two years without recharge.
The form factor of the sensor is as small as practically possible.

IoT 4G Tracker

The IoT 4G Tracker offers remote asset tracking and live video surveillance ability through the 4G cellular network. The unit measures 160 x 210 x 85mm and can be powered from 12V or 5V. This tracker is ideal for logistics and asset tracking and include sophisticated environmental monitoring capabilities.
